As a former Banker/Mortgage Underwriter with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, I understand the unique challenges and stresses that come with working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The pressure of meeting deadlines, achieving goals, and navigating the demands of the financial industry can take a toll on our physical and mental well-being.
My journey as a meditation expert, Kundalini Yoga teacher, sound healer, and vocal embodiment coach began in 2015, when I realized the power of holistic practices in managing stress and finding balance. I have been leading weekly breathing breaks both in the office and over Zoom with my remote job at a finance company in Chicago. These sessions have included breathing exercises, mantra meditations, and sound healings, both in person and virtually.
In fact, my efforts were recognized and I was honored with the Corporate Shine Award in 2017 for starting the weekly meditation group. It has been my passion to share my knowledge and help others prioritize their well-being in the midst of their busy work lives.
